Refund policy

All sales are final.

Refunds or returns are only accepted if:

• Your item is unavailable

• Your item arrives not as described

• You receive the wrong item or the wrong size

If you received the wrong item or size, please email us at rememberwestus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost packages, incorrect or insufficient addresses, or orders returned to sender due to customer error.

Size changes are not available on premade drops. Size changes are only available for preorder items and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for approved refunds to be fully processed and returned to the original payment method.

Fraudulent orders will be canceled and refunded to the original card used for purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
